With a strong commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and local community development, we are seeking a professional and passionate Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the HR function to support the resort’s strategic and operational goals. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance, and employee welfare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor regulations
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Organize and monitor training, development, and performance review processes
- Manage payroll input, staff records, and benefits administration
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and occupational safety standards
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with resort values
- Liaise with department heads to understand HR needs and deliver solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be based in Labuan Bajo / Sebayur Island and adapt to remote resort lifestyle
