You will work in a manufacturing environment.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Conducting basic equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.

• Operating basic production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products.

• Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.

• Assisting as part of manufacturing team in modifying existing equipment or designing new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, as well as quality control and in-process production testing.

What Skills You Have:

• Engineering – MFG: Knowledge of processes, techniques and methods of engineering in a manufacturing environment; ability to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention.

• Manufacturing Equipment: Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.

• Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.

• Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment and site.

• Operational Functions: Knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

What Will Set You Apart:

• At least 3 (three) years of experience in a similar or relevant role.

• Possession of at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting electric & hydraulic schematics, and experience with CAD software (such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
