The Role
We’re hiring a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Rep to expand our network of medical and dental clinics in Bali. You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our partner clinics—signing them up, helping them grow, and ensuring they deliver an excellent experience to our global patients.
This is a remote-first role but you must be Bali-based and ready to travel for clinic visits regularly.
What You’ll Do
Clinic Acquisition
- Identify and onboard top clinics in Bali
- Present our platform, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Tailor your sales pitch and handle objections like a pro
Onboarding & Setup
- Guide clinics through setup (photos, pricing, doctors, etc.)
- Align expectations for bookings, payments, and lead flow
Account Management
- Be the main point of contact for 200+ clinics
- Ensure profiles stay optimized and bookings grow
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain strong relationships
Growth & Performance
- Push promotions, upgrades, and upsell programs
- Track performance, flag underperformers, and support growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Tech, Sales & Marketing
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management
- Proven track record of smashing targets
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Tech-savvy: CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, etc.
- Self-starter with strong time management
- Bali-based with flexibility to travel to clinics (20%+)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Medical/dental industry knowledge
- Experience with medical tourism or international sales
- Comfort working in a remote, multicultural team
